What is Unit Percent?

All of our apartments have income maximums related to the number of people in the household. Unit percent refers to the maximum income allowed for that apartment. Consult the chart below.

Example: If an apartment is considered a 40% unit, and you have 3 people in your household, the maximum income your household can have to qualify for that apartment is $32,520.
