Great looking building. Those tall windows will make for very nice residential loft space. 12th Avenue is an exciting part of Seattle.

This one might merit more discussion.

As a former 12th avenue resident I’m a supporter, but it would be good to see better access for First Hill as well.

Personally, I think a pedestrian tunnel should be built from Rainier Square to Seattle University (aprox. 1 mile) with elevator access at First Hill. I’d also turn 12th Avenue into a BRT spine in combination with the Streetcar and pull the buses out of downtown.

Great to see Feet First ( a group I had a small part in getting started) doing some great work in my old ‘hood.

I’m still holding out for the Rainier Square to Seattle University Pedestrian tunnel, even with the Streetcar.

One can hope…
